Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Instant OG provides automated Open Graph image generation. We extract metadata from URLs and generate preview images based on selected templates.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Instant OG, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or legal entity per account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or credit restrictions
• Resell access without authorization
• Submit URLs containing malicious content
• Interfere with the service's operation

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Credits included in your plan reset each billing cycle. Purchased credit packs do not expire while your subscription is active. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

Generated images are provided for your use in connection with your websites and social media. You retain ownership of your content. We retain ownership of the service, templates, and underlying technology.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
